VivaCell-MTS sums up the results of MNP over 2 years

The MNP was introduced by the decision of the PSRC, on April 1, 2014.

As a telecommunications operator, VivaCell-MTS has complied with the requirements of the legislation by investing significant resources and organizing proper training for the staff in order to implement the MNP and to make it as smooth as possible for the subscribers. VivaCell-MTS is committed to the quality in serving our subscribers, which equally applies to MNP.

The only year when more subscribers ported out than ported in was 2014 (-1,734), when MNP was introduced. However, throughout 2015, more numbers ported in than ported out, with the Mobile Number Portability net gain equaling to 2,957, which was the biggest in the market, in the frame of the MNP. This year also, as of March 31, more subscribers ported in than ported out, with net addition of 17.

VivaCell-MTS remains the leader of the telecom market in terms of market and also revenue share.
