Calls to 911 and 112 services served through Beeline landline network

Beeline announced completion of works aimed at the introduction of specialized phone network platforms for 911 crisis management regional centers in all marzes in Armenia.

“From now on, all Armenian residents irrespective of their mobile or landline operators will be able to contact directly the nearest 911 rescue service,” reads Beeline’s press release.

When calling the rescue service, systems of network operators detect the caller’s location and automatically redirect the call to the nearest 911 crisis management center.

“Landline network remains one of the most reliable means of communication today. As Armenia’s leading and major operator, Beeline realizes its duty to ensure smooth and high-quality network, especially during emergency and crisis situations. Owing to Beeline, residents of Armenia of all mobile and landline networks can quickly contact the nearest rescue service office and get aid in emergency situations,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
