Beeline launches Incognito service

Beeline announced the launch of Incognito service for prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers.

The service enables Beeline subscribers to keep the number hidden when making calls to subscribers from whom they would like to keep it a secret.

“Incognito service was developed based on our subscriber feedback and within the program aimed at improving customer service quality. The development of the service was also accounted by our aspiration to offer simple and convenient services. Now our subscribers can keep their numbers hidden whenever they want,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

Incognito service can be activated by calling 0674171, sending *171# USSD request or an SMS message to 0674 with the text 171. Once the service is activated, subscribers should dial #31# before the phone number of the subscriber they want to call.

Incognito service activation is free of charge. The daily payment makes AMD 25, which is daily charged from 00:00 am to 01:30 am.

The service does not affect call tariffing, and after its activation subscribers will pay the same tariffs per minute they used to pay before.

Incognito is available for use only when there is positive account balance. To deactivate the service subscribers should call 0674170, send *170# USSD request or and SMS message to 0674 with the text 170.

This service is available for the subscribers of all Beeline tariff plans, except for those of “Mobile Internet.”
