According to him, Beeline summed up 2014 with a revenue increase in mobile subscriber base and mobile internet service, and significant decrease in subscriber outflow.

“The total revenue generated by mobile Internet services made USD 6 million in 2014 – it is by USD 0.9 million more compared to the revenue generated from portable Internet services in 2013. The subscriber outflow made 10.9% in Q4 2014, and it is by 1.5% less compared to Q4 2013. The total operating income of the company’s landline network in 2014 was by 6% less compared to 2013, and it is accounted by global decrease in demand for landline network”, he said.

According to Andrey Pyatakhin, Beeline’s 2014 investments made USD 14 million, which is by USD 3 million more compared to investments in 2013.

“2014 was marked by increase in capital investments aimed at the company’s development. Owing to these investments, we launched high-speed fiber-optic Internet service based on FTTB (Fiber to the Building) technology, the digitization of regions continued and the number of mobile base stations was increased”, he noted.

As to the total number of mobile base stations, compared to 2013, it increased by 12% in 2014, and the capital investments made USD 6 million in Q4 2014.

Beeline Armenia’s tax payments exceeded AMD 14 billion in 2014.

Andrey Pyatakhin noted that 2014 stood out with the launch of three major customer-oriented initiatives. The company has worked out a new strategy aimed at the enhancement of the quality of customer service (NPS) and transformation into a customer-oriented company. “Simple and Convenient for you” and “How Much do you Pay” marketing strategies were launched.

“I would like to especially underline the record growth of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in 2014 – compared to 2013, it increased by13%.

Subscriber base growth, decrease in subscriber outflow and launch of new offers testify to our right path of development and prove that subscribers feel “simple and convenient” with us. 2014 was a year of serious “trials”, which we overcame. But 2015 is full of new trends and the telecommunications sphere is no exception. Changes in prices and optimization programs accounted by price changes in other countries are possible this year”, said Andrey Pyatakhin.

Beeline was awarded 5 prizes in 2014. At the 5th annual diplomatic and business forum Beeline was named the best in two nominations on September 5 – “Leader in Communication Sphere” and “Best Foreign Investor”.
