iCON Communications announces network improvement and readiness to launch VoIP service

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Within the month of May, iCon Communications plans to launch VoIP service, “which will allow subscribers connecting the landline telephone number to the internal modem and making international calls at competitive prices”.

Mediamax reports that the letter of the Company’s CEO Raffi Kassarjian, sent to iCON subscribers, reads this.

“We have tried to improve the quality of our network and internet services as much as possible. This includes optimization of existing and installation of additional antennas at most densely populated areas, as well as application of new monitoring tools”, the Company’s CEO notes.

“I write you personally, since I would like to know your opinion about us. At any moment, in case you have problems with provision of our services, simultaneously with calls to the customer service center, I urge you to write me at director@icon.am. Our employees and I will read each of your letters and respond to every one of them. In certain cases, if many people ask us the same question, we will send the answer to all subscribers at once”, Raffi Kassarjian stated.
