Yerevan /Mediamax/. New General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko considers improvement of the customer service quality in the offices of the company his main task.
Mediamax reports that, speaking at a news conference in Yerevan today, Igor Klimko noted that in the course of the two weeks he has been in Armenia, he managed to see the insufficient level of customer care in “ArmenTel”.
“I want to reach a situation, when the subscribers would enter our offices with a smile and our employees would greet them with a smile as well”, the Head of the company stated.
Concerning the quality of services, provided by “ArmenTel” (connection and internet), according to Klimko, it is at a quite high level.
