EMERSON enters Armenian market

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian “Root ITSP” Company became the official representative of EMERSON Network Power in Armenia.

As the co-founder of “Root ITSP” Company Hayk Hovhannisyan stated today, EMERSON is one of the largest companies in the world in the sphere of network infrastructures, and its entry in the Armenian market became a big step along the path of IT development in Armenia.

EMERSON will supply to Armenia systems Heating/Piping/Air Conditioning (HPAC) systems, premise cooling blocks (HPM), Uninterruptible Power Supply sources (UPS).

Hayk Hovhannisyan noted that there are already agreements reached on supply of EMERSON equipment with “South Caucasus Railroad” CJSC, international “Zvartnots” Airport, banks.

“Root ITSP” Company (service provider of information technologies) was founded in 2003. It is the supplier of components and complexes of network solutions for companies, functioning in Armenia. “Root ITSP” cooperates with companies, such as TYCO ELECTRONICS AMP NETCONNECT, KNUERR, HAGER TEHALIT, FLUKE.

EMERSON Network Power carries out activity in over 30 countries of the world, elaborates a full spectrum of uninterruptible power systems of direct and alternating-current, conditioning systems and more responsible applications in telecommunications, medicine and industry, as well as specialized complex systems for cooling and power supply of computer centers. The volume of sales in 2008 made $6.3bln.
