Beeline’s new offers to make distance learning more accessible to all

Beeline has presented internet tariff plans specifically designed in cooperation with the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (ESCS).

Students (school and university) and teachers, who are considered by the ministry to be beneficiaries of the joint program, can apply for the plans with the certificates provided by the ministry. The offer stands only for new subscribers.

Given the specifics of the equipment’s compliance with fixed-line internet connection, the offer also includes a Wi-Fi router.

“Support for distance learning is a key area of Beeline’s corporate responsibility. Thanks to broad access to our internet, especially in the marzes, many students and teachers can use our offers and obtain knowledge,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

Offer number 1: fixed-line internet with speed of up to 10MB/s, available for fixed-line phone subscribers. The offer includes Wi-Fi router and can be accessed almost nationwide. The monthly fee is AMD 2,000.

Offer number 2: fiber optic internet with speed of up to 25MB/s, available for fixed-line phone subscribers. The offer includes Wi-Fi router and can be accessed in Yerevan and 6 cities in the marzes (Goris, Vardenis, Stepanakert, Vayk, Abovyan, Artashat). The monthly fee is AMD 4,000.

Beeline also presents two tariff plans for mobile subscribers: pre-paid plan providing 50GB for 30 days for the fee of AMD 1,500 and post-paid plan providing 80GB internet and a modem for 30 days for the fee of AMD 4,000, for an 18-month subscription. No fines are established for returning the modem before the expiration of the subscription.

In order to subscribe, customers need to call 0628 or send a message and the copy of the certificate from the ministry to BeelineArmenia or BeelineBusiness Facebook pages.
