Ucom made a decision during the general meeting on reorganization for merging Interactive TV Ltd and iCON Communications CJSC.
Ucom informed that the merger is aimed at improving the quality of services and expanding service volumes.
Ucom is the legal successor of Interactive TV Ltd and iCON Communications CJSC.
Mediamax reminds that Ucom announced (in Armenian) the purchase of International TV back in July, 2012.
Ucom acquired iCON Communications earlier in October, 2011.
