Armenian gg company’s ggGeorgia brand is already available in Georgia’s capital.

The Armenian firm has its own office in Tbilisi with around 30 registered drivers.

Talking to Itel.am, the company’s co-founder Khachatur Grigoryan has noted that the majority of the drivers working in Tbilisi are Georgians.

“Tbilisi is larger than Yerevan and if we also consider the tourist inflow, it will be an excellent gg-fication opportunity. Besides, Tbilisi is the nearest city for Yerevan with a million of population. A number of Armenian companies have already operated here, for instance, Menu.am, Grand Candy and Vega”, said Khachatur Grigoryan.

According to him, the Georgian market’s potential is more but the competition is not that tough.

“We plan to become a leader in Tbilisi within upcoming 6 months. We have a few competitors, but they do exist. For instance, Taxify is our first international rival. If we manage to become a leader in a short period of time we will prove our competitiveness. We think we will be able to make progress owing to devoted work”, noted Khachatur Grigoryan urging Armenians to contribute to the company’s promotion on the Georgian market.

ggGeorgia is expected to enter Batumi and Kobuleti within a year.
