Along with the possibility of depositing handsets for repair in any Orange shop all over the country, as well as tracking at any time the status of device repair through Orange website, Orange now provides “Quick repair” and “Delivery of repaired devices” services in its Flagship store, located on Northern Avenue 1. “Repair in the presence of the customer” service is as well available in certain cases.
“Orange is the best place to buy good and affordable handsets associated with quality services. Our after-sales services are no exception and we believe these additional services will bring more comfort to our clients. It is worth mentioning that even equipment, which has not been purchased from Orange shops or the one with expired warranty will as well be accepted in this newly opened center”,- said Arsen Hovhannisyan, Sales Director of Orange Armenia.
The repair center is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to19:00. Samsung, HTC, Alcatel and Fly handsets and tablets, purchased on the territory of Armenia and with an ongoing warranty will be repaired free of charge. After the repair 45 days warranty is provided for the performed repair work.
To be noted that in order to ensure the comfort of its clients, during the repair process, upon customer’s request, Orange provides replacement devices against a one shot payment of 900AMD.
