Orange offers new insurance and aftersales services

Today Orange has announced new improvement of its after-sales services.

After having offered to its customers the possibility to deposit phones to be repaired in any Orange Shop all over Armenia, Orange will now offer them  the possibility to track at any time the status of their device repair through Orange website. This possibility will be available both for customers using paid device repair and warranty device repair services.

Moreover, Orange now as well provides its customers with the opportunity, while purchasing a device, to extend its warranty by one year and from April 1 monthly device insurance, starting from 500 AMD, will be available for all subscribers.

“Insurance and Repair services are important to our customers and we believe that these additional services will bring more comfort to our clients,” said Francis Gelibter, General Director of Orange Armenia.

To be noted that Orange offers the insurance service partnering with ROSGOSSTRAKH ARMENIA insurance company. Those who purchase a handset in Orange shops have the possibility to cover damage and theft or loss risks with yearly or monthly insurance.
