ArmenTel shifts to Comverse ONE new service platform

ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) announces a full-scale migration of Beeline prepaid billing systems to a new Comverse ONE platform.

Earlier, the tariffication and technical billing processes were carried out on RTBS Comverse in real time.

Comverse ONE solution is based on a single data model and catalogue of products and provides transparent and effective support of numerous services in a common system. The innovative approach to the architecture allows expanding the set of options and managing interaction with subscribers in real time regime minimizing the chances of technical losses during service setting. Comverse ONE options include:

- working out tariff plans with an individual set of options;
- expanding the set of services meant for one subscriber;
- working out a single common account for two different numbers;
-operating in the prepaid system with group accounts;
- expanding the options of voice service independent control, SMS- and MMS- services as well as mobile internet options.
