FPWC together with its General Partner VivaCell-MTS summarized the results of the 5th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest and the 3rd Animal Carnival.
Thousands of children from different regions of Armenia and Diaspora participated in the 5th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest. The authors of the 12 best paintings were awarded with prizes by the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) and the foundation’s General Partner VivaCell-MTS during the ceremony. The winners were honored with bicycles, photo and video cameras and other items.
VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian spoke to the audience and handed over some of the awards.
“Living in harmony with nature is today’s challenge for the humanity: indifference and irresponsibility can cause irretrievable consequences. VivaCell-MTS welcomes young people's efforts for the sustainable future. Through kids’ paintings, we are reminded that consumerism can result in the reduction of the quality of life and destruction of the planet's ecosystem. And these works deserve appreciation”, noted Ralph Yirikian.
