VivaCell-MTS General Manager visited Ayb high school

VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian met with schoolchidren in Ayb high school.
 
VivaCell-MTS’ cooperation with the Ayb high school started in 2011. The implemented projects include the Career Development program of the Company, a series of various lectures dedicated to the management culture, as well as the efforts to form a comprehensive educational modem in the school system.

Armenia’s leading telecommunications operator has implemented also a program of improving the school’s IT infrastructure. Additionally, maintenance specialists have had training and experience exchange sessions to support the further maintenance of the equipment.

The designed, tested and installed systems already bring tangible results. The technical maintenance of the network is integrated into the system already existing in the school to increase the level of its efficiency and security. The Internet is available to schoolchildren free of charge (20 mbps for download and upload). Today the Ayb has a real opportunity to use the modern tools of education for the development of its pupils.

“The innovations offered to the generations are aimed to facilitate the human development. Educated, open-mined, smart, critical, responsible and far-looking youth can both overcome the existing challenges and condition the development. But it has to be done based on mutual respect, fair competition and industriousness to achieve the set results by all means,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian at the meeting.
