ArmenTel and Children’s Development Fund organize joint programs for children with special needs

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Today, ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) and the Children’s Development Fund announced the launch of a new cooperation.

As ArmenTel CEO Igor Klimko said at a press conference in Yerevan today, the cooperation aims to facilitate social integration of children with special needs through educational programs and art-therapy.

An inclusive theater group will be created within the framework of the cooperation. Children with special needs and pupils of secondary schools will take part in performances, which will be staged by prominent artists and child psychologists. Within the framework of the cooperation, “I want to believe” play will be staged in schools of Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor in September.

“Thanks to this initiative, children with special needs will enjoy theater arts, which will favorably influence their health and harmonious spiritual development. This is another opportunity to remind the public that every child has a right for equal possibilities,” Director of Children’s Development Fund Lusine Simonyan said.

The Fund was founded in 2007 by “World Vision Armenia” charitable organization.
