Tax payments of three Armenian mobile operators grew by 1% in 2011

Yerevan/Mediamax/. In 2011, three mobile operators of Armenia paid overall AMD 33,4bln in taxes which is AMD 334bln more (1%) than in 2010.

K-Telecom (VivaCell-MTS trademark) occupied the 3d place in the list of 100 largest taxpayers. The total volume of taxes paid by the company in 2011 totaled AMD 17lbln 751mln 611,9 thousand, Mediamax reports.

ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) is the 5th with AMD 12bln 594mln 586,5 thousand.

Orange Armenia on the 18th place, having paid AMD 3bln 52mln 154,2 thousand.

The list of largest taxpayers of 2011 also includes the following telecommunication companies: GNC-ALFA (110th place- AMD 758,05mln), Ucom (249th place- AMD 341,9mln), Arminco (743d place- AMD 98,5mln), the owner of Cornet-AM, Comstar (746th place, AMD 98mln), Armenian Datacom Company (873d place- AMD 82,6mln) and Icon Communications, which was acquired by Ucom last year (916th place- AMD 77,37mln).
