Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Armenia Datacom Company” CJSC (ADC) announced today that it continues diversification of its service offering and geography.
“VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC provided financing for these purposes,” the press release issued by ADC reads.
“Within the framework of the credit limit, the financing will be used for the acquisition and modernization of the property, plant and equipment of the Company, and scaling the service offering network of “Armenian Datacom Company” CJSC. This financing will allow the Company to raise the quality and expand the range as well as geography of service offering to corporate and residential customers,” the press release reads.
The press release makes no mention of the merger with another market participant, which was announced by “VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC in a press release earlier this morning.
