“VivaCell-MTS” sponsored staging of “Aida” opera in Yerevan

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “VivaCell-MTS” mobile connection operator sponsored staging of Giuseppe Verdi’s “Aida” by Italian stage director Mario Corradi in Yerevan.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “VivaCell-MTS” that the company allocated 217mln AMD for the staging.

Last time “Aida” was staged in Armenia 69 years ago. Performances will take place in State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after A. Spendiaryan on December 22-26, after which the opera will enter the permanent repertoire of the theatre.
