Orange Armenia offers cell phones for 1 AMD

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Orange Armenia announced a campaign today, dated to the start of the academic year, within the framework of which the operator offers to purchase three models of cell phones (Nokia 1616, Alcatel OT206 and Samsung E1081) for 1 AMD.

Mediamax reports that while presenting the details of the campaign in Yerevan today, Marketing Director of Orange Armenia Aram Mkrtchyan stated that the cell phones can be purchased from September 1 to October 31, if the subscriber replenishes the account in any of Orange stores for the sum of 8000-12000 AMD. The subscriber will be able to use this sum till March 1, 2011.

Aram Mkrtchyan informed that besides this campaign, Orange has prepared another surprise: “On September 1, subscribers of “Let’s Talk” and “Each Month” tariff plans of Orange will be able to call to numbers of other mobile and landline connection operators of Armenia for the price of 1 AMD /min. Moreover, this tariff will be in effect till October 31 inside “Orange Armenia” network”.

Orange Armenia CEO Bruno Duthoit in his turn congratulated pupils and students on the beginning of the new academic year, noting that Orange Armenia’s campaign will be available both for current and new subscribers of  the mobile connection operator.
