“ArmenTel” employees donated blood to help children suffering from leukemia

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) participated in “Good Will Campaign” donor event, initiated by “VimpelCom” OJSC.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the company that from August 18 to 25, the employees of “ArmenTel” donated blood in the Republican Hematological Center of Armenia for children, suffering from leukemia.

“Leukemia is a terrible illness! It is especially terrible, when children suffer from it. But leukemia is not a sentence. By participating in the campaign, we believe that we can help children, who suffer from this illness, and their families, by giving them a part of life and hope”, General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko stated.

In his turn, Deputy Director of the Republican Hematological Center Marina Kemalyan thanked the employees of “ArmenTel”, noting that the issue of lack of the so-called “red blood” is very acute in Yerevan. She also noted that all the components of blood, collected within the framework of the campaign, are already passed to the corresponding medical establishments to meet the needs of children, who undergo treatment on state order.
