“ArmenTel” launched a monitoring program in order to increase service quality

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline trademark) launched a monitoring program in its sales outlets aiming at increasing service quality.

Mediamax reports that the Head of “ArmenTel” Public Relations Service Anush Begloyan urged Armenian public organizations and media to participate in the monitoring.

“To participate in the monitoring program, journalists may get registered in our service to receive notifications on events within the framework of the program”, Anush Begloyan stated.

Within the framework of the monitoring program, special groups, consisting of representatives of public organizations, media and the employees of the company, will carry out express surveys near Beeline sales outlets and make purchases as “secret buyers”.

“Besides, a public reception will be opened in the headquarters of “ArmenTel”, where, in the presence of public representatives, they will accept and consider complaints and suggestions”, Anush Begloyan stated.
