Robert Kocharian elected independent Director of Russian “Sistema” SFC

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian is elected Independent Director of Russian “Sistema” Stock Financial Corporation.

Mediamax reports referring the press service of “Sistema” SFC that Robert Kocharian’s election to the Board of Directors took place at the annual general meeting of the shareholders on June 27.

Independent Directors occupy 4 seats out of 13 in “Sistema” SFC Board of Directors.

The assets of “Sistema” SFC in Armenia include: “Cornet AM” WiMax operator, “K-Telecom” mobile operator (VivaCell-MTS brand), “Mars” Plant and three scientific-research institutions.
