Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Synopsys Armenia” Company has elaborated a strategic product to test microelectronic products - Yield Explorer.

Mediamax reports that the Chief Executive Officer of “Synopsys Armenia” CJSC Rich Goldman stated today that Yield Explorer is a software means for managing the issue of super-modern integrated microcircuits.

“As compared to traditional means, Yield Explorer reduces for a few times the time required for elimination of errors in new products, establishing connection among designing, production and testing”, Rich Goldman stated.
