Viva Armenia CJSC announces 10 billion AMD dividend payment

Viva Armenia CJSC is pleased to announce that on February 27, the General Meeting of Shareholders made a decision to distribute dividends in the amount of AMD 10 billion.

The dividends were disbursed to shareholders in proportion to their shares.

The dividend distribution reflects Company’s commitment to ensuring profitability for the shareholders through strong financial performance and growth-oriented strategic initiatives. Over the past year, Viva Armenia has achieved significant growth, with a 6% increase in revenue and a 35% rise in net profit. This substantial performance enables to provide consistent and competitive dividend returns to our shareholders.
