Team Telecom Armenia announces the launch of the largest network infrastructure and software upgrade program in the Company's history.
The upgrade works will start on September 30 at 8 p.m. and will end on 1 October at 3 p.m. During this time, payments, including at the Company’s offices and through My Team App or banking and third-party services will be unavailable, and also some limitations may occur in the operation of mobile and fixed communication and Internet services as well as in My Team application.
As a result of the upgrade, the network and server hardware and the software that coordinates all the other systems available in the Company and the customer service process will be updated.
This upgrade program is implemented to raise the quality of services and maintenance to a higher level.
Team Telecom Armenia apologizes to subscribers for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding.
