Upgrading with Armenian software: Europcar hires Factumsoft to automate processes

Armenian ERP software provider Factumsoft, which offers solutions to medium-size businesses, will automate the business processes of car rental Europcar Armenia.

Factumsoft founder and CEO Arman Margaryan has told Itel.am that this cooperation stems from the necessity to accelerate the process of car reservation.

“One of the biggest drivers in choosing Factumsoft ERP for Europcar was the substantial improvement in productivity. With the company’s previous system, users had to jump around to retrieve the needed information or to complete a reservation. With our solution, it only takes a couple of clicks to perform these tasks,” said Margaryan.
