Within the frames of the University of Sheffield Days in Yerevan, Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin held a workshop titled “Meet the CEO: Journey to the top”.
He told about his career and the challenged he had to overcome.
“Regardless of the sector, the only way to succeed is believing in your abilities and avoiding disappointment while learning from each mistake. The most successful businessmen aren’t afraid of failure, considering it a valuable experience, which increases the possibility of victory. Besides, a good leader shouldn’t control people; he/she should inspire them by setting an example,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.
