VivaCell-MTS offers roaming in MTS Russia network for AMD 25

VivaCell-MTS offers its subscribers who are planning a trip to Russia an affordable tariff of AMD 25 for roaming services in MTS Russia network.

The tariff of 25 AMD/minute is set for incoming calls while in MTS Russia network, as well as for outgoing calls to VivaCell-MTS and MTS Russia networks. 1 MB of Internet is also AMD 25 in MTS Russia. Roaming services activation is free of charge.

The following tariffs apply for roaming services in MTS Russia network:

“Russian Federation is one of the most popular travel destinations for Armenians, which, naturally, creates a high demand for VivaCell-MTS roaming services in Russia. By setting a tariff of AMD 25 for 1 minute of incoming calls, calls to VivaCell-MTS and MTS Russia networks, as well as for 1 MB of Internet, we aim to make the communication in roaming more affordable
and comfortable for our subscribers,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

For activating the roaming one needs to send *121*1# for voice roaming activation and *121*2# - for SMS roaming activation. When in Russia, you need connect to MTS Russia network.

For postpaid subscribers one needs to visit the nearby service center with the passport or ID. One needs to pay a guarantee deposit that will be paid back upon deactivation of roaming.
