Scientific startups can win USD 2500 within Sevan Startup Summit

All science, innovation and research-oriented startups can participate in Science Battle within Sevan Startup Summit 2017 and win USD 2500 prize.

Public Diplomacy NGO will finance Science Battle.

The winner of 2016 Energy Globe introduced spherical solution to solar energy production, allowing to increases energy efficiency of photovoltaic cells by more than 30%.

“Sevan Startup Summit is a great initiative, which gives the opportunity to find innovative ideas and often develop them further. Various activities of Public Diplomacy NGO are also based on these 2 principles, which is why our paths have crossed. By supporting science in Armenia, we are trying to have our contribution in the development of our country,” Director of Public Diplomacy NGO Angela Nalbandyan said.

The Science Battle is the 4th Brand Battle during the Summit. There are also brand battles for startups in the field of tourism, agriculture and food, as well as healthy lifestyle.

The summit will be held on July 14-31. The applications deadline is June 20.
