Zangi to represent Armenia at Mobile World Congress

Today Barcelona will launch one of the biggest IT events, Mobile World Congress, where the Armenian IT delegation headed by Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Vahan Martirosyan will be among attendees.

Armenian app Zangi will have the stand at Mobile World Congress this year. Founder of the company Vahram Martirosyan noted that they aim to attract recognition for their product in the global market by participating in the event. Another goal is to acquire direct customers.

“We have dozens corporate customers. They are telecommunication operators from 12 countries. In the near future we anticipate cooperation with one of Armenian operators,” Vahram Martirosyan informed.

Zangi was founded in 2013 and has over 1 million users today. The app enables making video and audio calls even in case of low internet speeds, exchange interactive messages, photos and videos.
