Ucom to cooperate with ANOC

Ucom will be the main sponsor for Armenian Olympic delegation during Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.

This news was announced today by Secretary General of Armenian National Olympic Committee Hrachya Rostomyan and Ucom CEO Hayk Yesayan, who signed a memorandum of agreement.

“A new and interesting phase begins for our company. Ucom has always supported development of Armenian culture, sport and education. Agreement with ANOC will be valid for 1 year, we’re also discussing sport matches between our and ANOC employees,” said Hayk Yesayan.

He stressed that they would unite efforts to be helpful to Armenian Olympic team and greet the team with medals in summer.

“It’s nice to see our Armenian companies support sport. I am confident that the cooperation will be fruitful. This agreement not only will help the Olympic team but also promote Olympic movement in our country,” emphasized Hrachya Rostomyan.

The cooperation anticipates implementation of joint events and active coverage of Armenian delegation’s performance.
