Beeline subscribers to stay internationally connected with zero balance

Beeline recalled that even with zero balance subscribers can stay in touch with their close ones and friends both in Armenia and abroad.

To be always in touch “Call me” and “Replenish my Balance” services are available for Beeline subscribers.

These services enable Beeline subscribers in Armenia to send a call or account replenishment request to Beeline subscribers in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

“Recently, the number of requests concerning international network use in case of negative balance has increased among our subscribers. Subscribers are particularly interested in whether their relatives or friends abroad can top up their accounts or not. Beeline not only aspires to make its services simple and convenient but also takes care that subscribers stay in touch even in difficult or unpredictable situations and get help from their friends and relatives even if they are abroad,” said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

For “Call me” service subscribers should send the following request – *143* the number of subscriber to whom it should be sent and #. When sending a request to Beeline subscribers in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, it should be set in international format – + country code and the subscriber’s number.

For “Replenish my Balance” service subscribers should send the following request – *144* the number of subscriber to whom it should be sent and #. “Replenish my Balance” is available in roaming as well.

The phone numbers of Beeline subscribers in Armenia can be replenished via Online Payment app (here) and at Beeline payment outlets in Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
