Beeline-developed app number one in download number at App Store

“App Armenia” mobile app developed by Beeline and Technology Development Center is number one in the number of downloads at App Store in Armenia.

App Armenia platform and app were rolled out on December 20, 2014. During a month, the app has been downloaded for 11 000 times from App Store and Google Play. App Armenia enables to take advantage of various mobile content, download it and share with friends.

The mobile app system presently features over 200 apps, 730 wallpapers, 810 ringtones and 410 files of voice notifications.

“We can now say for sure our joint project with the Technology Development Center was a success. The record number of downloads within just a month and the positive feedback of the app users is the best reward for our work. We are happy we managed to change the life of this app users for the better owing to this project”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

“Works aimed at App Armenia system development still continue and we will focus on ensuring high-quality Armenian photos and voice content in the system in coming months”, said Head of Technology Development Center Samvel Chakhalyan.

App Armenia is comprised of two parts – Web and Mobile. App.am website enables users to sign up and present their own wallpapers or voice files on the created page, and the mobile app grants a chance to use the entire App.am content in smartphones. App Armenia is available for Android and iOS phones and can be downloaded from Play Store or App Store. App Armenia project is aimed at the development of Armenian-based mobile content.
