VivaCell-MTS presents a new postpaid tariff plan “STARTPHONE”

VivaCell-MTS presents a new postpaid tariff plan - “STARTPHONE” that allows buying Alcatel, Huawei, Lenovo or MTS smartphones at prices starting from AMD 1 in case of subscribing to the tariff plan for 12, 18 or 24 months.

Within the “STARTPHONE” tariff plan the subscriber gets for just AMD 5500 monthly fee:

- 5000 minutes of on-net airtime per month
- 2000 MB of Internet per month
- 200 on-net SMS per month
