Library and computer classroom opened in YSU with Beeline support

The library and the computer classroom of the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University (YSU) were repaired, equipped and armed with computers owing to the support of ArmenTel (Beeline trademark).

In particular, ArmenTel has reequipped the computer classroom with stat-of-the-art computers, provided software support and has mounted the internal network. In the near future, Internet access will be made available via an optical cable.

YSU administrative staff, VimpelCom Group Director Communications Bobby Leach and ArmenTel CEO Andrey Pyatakhin attended the opening of the library and the computer classroom of the Faculty of Economics.

“We encourage young people to reach success using high technologies and new solutions within our social corporate responsibility policy. Beeline computer classroom is a vivid example of such approach”, said VimpelCom Group Director Communications Bobby Leach.

“It is impossible to organize modern educational processes effectively without state-of-the-art technologies. Our Masters programs will be more effective with the help of this classroom”, said Dean of the Faculty of Economics at YSU, Doctor of Economics, Professor Hayk Sargsyan.
