On the initiative of Counterpart International, Customer Service in Public Sector training courses, organized by Orange Armenia specialists, were held in Yerevan and Kapan for the public sector employees from different regions of Armenia.
Counterpart International has proposed to Orange Armenia to organize these trainings, as a company distinguished for its high qualities and skills of customer service, able to transmit new skills and approach.
Overall, 28 participants from Dilijan, Koti, Vayk, Vedi, Kapan, Ijevan and from other small and big communities of the regions of Armenia participated in the courses.
“Provision of high-quality customer service is one of our priorities, and we are happy that Counterpart International sees Orange as one of the companies with the best customer service in Armenia. The pilot project we realized this summer was obviously successful, and we are happy to continue supporting with our skills. We are sure that the knowledge gained during these courses will be helpful to the participants in their day-to-day activities, as they are also dealing with a great number of visitors every day, though not in the private sector”, said Orange Armenia CEO Francis Gelibter, on a visit in Kapan.
‘This collaboration between Counterpart and Orange Armenia is continuation of the pilot initiative aimed at improving capacities of Counterpart partner communities’ municipal servants from Gegharkunik, Kotayk and Lori regions in provision of services for population. Based on that successful experience, currently we are able to provide even better support to local authorities. This is actually the first big achievement in Counterpart’s quest for partnership with private sector and we believe that in future local governments will continue the cooperation with the private sector”, said Counterpart International Country Director Carel Hofstra.
