VivaCell-MTS held an open doors event for students

An open doors event was organized yesterday at VivaCell-MTS for top-performing students from different higher educational institutions of Armenia.

During the meeting with VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian, followed by a question-answer session, students got an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the culture of management, innovations and continuously improving technologies of the leading telecommunications operator of Armenia, the company informs.

Ralph Yirikian conditions the Company’s achievements by the respectful attitude of employees to each other, who have become one family, by systematic efforts of the Company in keeping up with technological innovations, by healthy competition and, which is the most important, by the Corporate Responsibility approach undertaken by VivaCell-MTS.

He also elaborated over the necessity to create a healthy and supportive working environment at the workplace, as well as the role business can play in increasing the image of the country and the national self-esteem.

The lecture was followed by a tour in the headquarters of the company, helping the students get clearer notion of effectiveness of the open space environment applied by the company.
