VivaCell-MTS supports higher educational institutions in fulfilling their educational strategies. The technically equipped educational laboratory, the huge information flows provided by the Internet, and contemporary methods of education are now available at the National Agrarian University of Armenia.
Armenia’s leading telecommunications operator has provided the university with valuable equipment necessary for organizing the educational process: a 3G router operating in the frames of “Home-Zone Turbo” package, an auditorium equipped with 9 computers connected to the Internet, laser printer and a smart board with a projector. The new technologies will help the university keep in touch with the Vanadzor and Artsakh branch and organize classes for wider audiences.
The National Agrarian University of Armenia has already successfully used the opportunities given by this lab. As a result of cooperation with VivaCell-MTS, a year ago the international center for agribusiness research and education of the university was equipped with a state-of-the-art conference hall, which is now a perfect learning environment connecting the universities with peer organizations abroad via the Internet.
“New technologies help to save time, ensure high level awareness and rapid decision-making skills. We strive to create conditions, which will ensure success for the students. The first step to steer them on their professional way is to teach them the skill of efficiently using the maximum of the available information,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
