Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline trademark) and “Yerevan Jur” signed a cooperation agreement today.
Mediamax reports that according to the agreement, residents of Yerevan will be informed by means of landline telephone connection of “ArmenTel” network on planned works in the system of water supply, possible disconnections and current debts.
According to “Yerevan Jur” CJSC General Director Pascal Royen, this innovation will allow increasing the level of information of customers and the level of trust for the company’s services.
“ArmenTel” CJSC General Director Igor Klimko noted that the process will be organized on the basis of “Autoinformer” system, which passed testing for the first time in Armenia.
Calls will be realized during hours, convenient for the citizens.
