However, one of the most important things to guarantee the long-term development is the customer-oriented approach in delivering services. A customer leaving a service center with a feeling of satisfaction is a priority, independent of whether he or she had visited the service center to express gratitude, complaint, or make a suggestion,” assured Ralph Yirikian.
