“ArmenTel” launched the first distance learning class in Armenia

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) launched the first distance learning class in Armenia in Yerevan secondary school N55 today.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “ArmenTel” that the system of distance learning is installed with partnership with “Alfa” Company.

“This is a new school, school of the XXI century. The new interactive class is a brave technologic solution, and our company is glad to be the conductor of innovations in Armenian schools”, General Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC Igor Klimko stated at the launch of the class.

He stressed that the distance learning class is set up within the company’s strategy to support education, children and youth, develop high technologies, implemented under “Bright Future with Beeline” motto.

“The system functions on the basis of Polycom QDX6000 videoconference-connection system and the corresponding software support. All in all, 16 classrooms at the school are equipped, as a result of which they gained the opportunity of communicating not only with each other, but also with any distance user”, Head of “Alfa” Company’s Commercial Department Artur Gharibyan stated.
