Beeline launched format of express service offices

Yerevan /Mediamax/. "ArmenTel" announced opening of express service offices in new format in the largest cities in Armenia.

In addition to the current sales and service offices, in a number of the busiest districts in Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor, pay telephones yielded to express offices with Beeline trademark, where the customers can purchase SIM-cards or payment card, replenish the balance or call via pay telephone.

"New format of offices is the symbol of successful integration of the company’s business and allows transforming a small pay telephone into a service point with quite a large range of services. Due to express-offices, we are solving an important task: we provide freedom of choice as to the mode of communication for the consumer. Someone needs to make one call, another would like to use our connection on continuing basis: there is a solution for any person in universal offices of the new format", Executive Vice-President of "VimpelCom" for Business Development in the CIS countries Dmitri Pleskonos stated.

"Development of Armenian communication service market is at a stage, when the one, who is not afraid of experimenting or offering new service means to the customers, wins. Express-offices of new format will efficiently supplement the current sales network and will make service under Beeline brand more convenient for our subscribers", General Director of "ArmenTel" CJSC Igor Klimko said.

At present, 61 sales and service offices and 6 express offices of "ArmenTel" CJSC operate in Armenia. In the nearest future, the number of express-offices will increase and its service range will be broadened.
