New program for improving Beeline service quality announced

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) announced the opening of two new sales and service offices in Yerevan: at 19 Abovyan Street and 5 Njdeh Avenue.

“The level of technical equipment and increase of the number of sales and service offices dictate us new standards. I am sure that the customer-oriented work and irreproachable service in the offices will become a deposit of success for the new program to increase Beeline service quality”, General Director of “ArmenTel” Igor Klimko stated at the opening ceremony.

Since the beginning of year 2009, 9 sales and service offices of Beeline, including in Yeghvard, Nor Hachn, Sevan, Jermuk, Vardenis and Tsakhkadzor, have been opened. At present, there are about 60 sales and service offices of Beeline functioning in Armenia.

In the new office at 19 Abovyan Street, they provide the entire range of services, except for reconnection of disconnected landline telephone numbers. In all the remaining sales and service offices of Beeline services are provided without limitations.
