Viva service center - at Gogavan state border check point

Starting from 1 November, a Viva service center will operate near the Gogavan state border check point.

The service center located near the customs point offers convenience for tourists and freight forwarders visiting Armenia. As soon as they cross the border, they will have the opportunity for uninterrupted communication.

At the service center, a wide range of services and products offered by Viva will be available, including tariff plans for voice and Internet services, options for account balance recharge, the possibility to sign MTPL contracts, MobiDram self-service payment terminal, etc. Devices, phones and accessories will also be available here. Those traveling abroad can also benefit from visiting the Service Center,  choose and activate the most convenient roaming services, including “VOYAGE 30”.

The staff of the service center will offer necessary advice based on subscribers’ needs.

Located near the border, this service center will allow users to use the affordable services provided by the largest local operator, Viva, without the need to use international roaming. Using Viva’s services will ensure reliable connectivity, including access to maps, for tourists and freight forwarders. The latter will also have the opportunity to contact Armenian business partners using a local phone number at local rates.

To operate the newly opened service center in Gogavan, most employees were recruited from the Lori region, who have completed qualification improvement courses.

After subscribing to Viva’s services, customers can reach out to the Company as needed by calling the toll-free number 111, messaging the official Facebook page, or using the chat assistant in “My Viva” application. The app is available for download on Google Play and App Store.
