VivaCell-MTS informed that due to failure in one of technical subsystems, subscribers found certain difficulties using the services of data transmission.

Voice services were fully available at that period.

VivaCell-MTS rapid response team implemented relevant works and the issue was solved by 4:40p.m.

VivaCell-MTS apologizes for any inconvenience caused to subscribers.
